Due to food safety regulations and the highly perishable nature of caviar, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, compromised, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed, Anasa Caviar may, at its sole discretion:
