All caviar purchases are final sale.

Due to food safety regulations and the highly perishable nature of caviar, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

This policy exists to ensure the highest standards of freshness, safety, and quality for every guest of the House.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, compromised, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, Anasa Caviar may, at its sole discretion:

• Issue a replacement (subject to availability), or

• Provide a refund to the original form of payment

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery cannot be honored.
